Super healthy protein smoothie

Hey beauties! 
I love starting my mornings with healthy breakfast, but who doesn't, right? And smoothies became my favorite, because in one drink you not only get all the necessary vitamins you need, but it keeps your stomach full and happy for a long time! This morning I made this delicious smoothie loaded with vitamins and protein to keep me going. 

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 mango
  • Handful spinach 
  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more)
  • Almond milk 

I totally forgot to picture almond milk, but if you don't have it at home water would be just fine. Now, there is endless list of health benefits from all those mentioned ingredients. Blueberries and raspberries are classed as super food, so the more you consume it, the better. Cocoa is great for your brain and heart, mango helps with digestion and makes your skin glow, banana is high in fiber, strawberries helps in weight loss, spinach is loaded with protein and other amazing health benefits, so this smoothie has everything you need for the day! And not only is so super healthy, but it tastes delicious! How amazing is that?

Add all your ingredients in to your blender, this time I've used my favorite Breville Blend Active bullet. Pour some water or milk and blend it all until it's smooth. You can add some ice if you like. Enjoy it immediately.
