New obsession | MAC Pink Plaid

A girl can never have enough lipsticks,so I am back with another one. This time it's by all lipsticks king MAC. I think they deserved this name. haha I love my make up, but spending nearly £16 for only one lipstick it's something very difficult for me to do. I mean, c'mon I have bills to pay and all that crap, so I don't want to spend nearly 20 quid for a lip product! Do you feel my pain?
And that's where duty free comes handy! Ta - daaah! £12.90 for a lipstick of your dreams. Yup, nearly whole fiver off! Omg, I made it sound like it's such a big deal... Seriously, am I getting old? Anyways, I have been flying to Spain recently, so I managed to get my hands on Duty Free bargains. I wanted to get MAC lipstick for ages now, after reading so many reviews and looking at those gorgeous swatches I have decided to treat myself and grabbed this stunning lippie. The shade I picked is Pink Plaid and hands down - it's my all time favorite lipstick. The quality, the shade and the lasting power won my heart right away!

Pink plaid is cold toned pink matte lipstick. It has a bit of purple or blue shade in it, I can't decide which of them is more noticeable. It looks stunning on fair skin girls like me, I think It would look a bit washed out on darker skin tones. Sorry girls... It's matte lipstick, but consistency is so creamy and not drying at all. It makes the application very easy. I think all of the MAC lipsticks are so pigmented that one swipe is more than enough. The staying power is amazing, even eating greasy food you will still have your lipstick on!

It didn't take long for me to get totally obsessed with this lipstick. It's perfect for work or for everyday wear. Let me know what you think about it. Do you have your favorite MAC lipstick shade?

Travel Diaries: Torremolinos/Malaga

Hello my angels!
I know, I have been back since Saturday and few of you expected this post a bit earlier, but I was so busy for those few days, I could not get on my camera and sort those pictures out for you. So I do apologise for the delay. As you may know, last week I spent in Spain, Costa Del Sol. Gosh, I miss this place already! I cannot tell how much I love this country, their language, food and culture. Such a small country with so many amazing places to visit. We had fantastic time there and those 7 days flew by way too quick. I thought to make few different posts about the places we visited. We stayed in Torremolinos, but as we rented a car we traveled around and made some amazing discoveries. We ate sea food everyday accompanied by chilled wine, fresh fruits for breakfast and ice cold beer on the beach or by the swimming pool. I forgot about all diets and healthy lifestyle for a week, but it was totally worth it! You only live once, right?
Weather was perfect, only one or two days was a bit cloudy, but it gave us a good opportunity to visit some indoor places like museums, castles or cathedral. We had an amazing week and it was so freakin' good to run away from everything and just enjoy life for a bit. I hope you enjoy the moments I captured!

Gold foil temporary tattoos

Hey guys!
I am back!! It's been soooo long since I posted something, I will share my holiday moments with you very soon, so stay tuned!
But today I want to talk about something that has been extremely popular lately - temporary gold foil tattoos. Amazing people from Gold Boho Tattoo sent me to try out these gorgeous beauties. Looking at the pictures of celebrities (Beyonce, Rihanna, Vanessa Hudgens, etc.) wearing it, made me kind of jealous because it looked amazing. So when I've got a chance to try it myself I was very excited. I have to admit these tattoos looks stunning on tanned skin. It changes any outfit and from simple casual it turns in to sparkling glamorous.  Gold Boho Tattoo guys sent me 2 sheets of different tattoos, which I chose the design myself. They offer many different styles: flowers, feathers, Aztec style, etc.

The application is super easy and you only need pair of scissors to cut out your desired tattoo and a wet towel. You can see detailed instructions below.

The packaging claims that tattoo lasts 4 - 6 days, if looked after it will stay even longer. I have to say the staying power it's pretty good, it won't come off after shower and even after toweling your body. But it will easily come off if rubbed with oil, so if you want to have it for longer period of time avoid any greasy products. Mine stayed for about 5 days.

I am so inlove with these gold tattoos, I think it's perfect accessory for summer. Cannot wait to wear it when the weather gets a bit warmer, it will be all over my body! haha

Thanks to Gold Boho Tattoo for letting me try something new and so amazing! Let me know what you, guys, think about this new fashion trend? It's YAY or NAY for gold foil tattoos?

Quick and easy peanut butter mug cake

Happy Monday!
You know one of those moments when you crave something sweet so bad, you literally could kill someone? Yes, I know you do. Well, maybe not kill someone but pretty much close, right?
So this is how I felt lately. My sweet cravings was so bad I couldn't resist few sugary chocolate bars and cookies. Sadly, there is no treats in my house (dieting sucks sometimes) and my cravings won the battle with my inner voice. I have to come up with something quick sometimes. And that's where these mug cakes comes as a perfect idea for a super quick and delicious treat. Here is my favorite mug cake recipe.

What you'll need:
1 egg
1 Tbsp brown sugar (I didn't have brown, so used caster sugar instead)
2 Tbsp peanut butter (add more if you like)
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder

In a small bowl, stir the egg, sugar, peanut butter, flour, cocoa and baking powder with a fork. Be aware, it only serves one so if you are making it for few mugs just add extra of each ingredient. You can also add chocolate chips.

Pour batter into a greased mug or any other container suitable for microwave. Microwave for about 1-3 mins depending on how powerful your microwave is.

Enjoy it straight from the mug or invert onto a plate. Add your favorite ice cream, jam or peanut butter sauce. I promise, it tastes delicious! It's very filling aswell, I guarantee it will kill all your sweet cravings for a long time!

Let me know if you've tried this cake or you have other delicious recipes!

Day in life: Things I was loving Sunday

Hey guys!
So weekend has gone and as always way too quick, but for the first time I am excited to start this week. On Saturday coming, me and my other half going on sunny holiday to Spain! So I just can't wait to start and finish this week. I bet you know my excitement. As I've mentioned in my previous posts I love peaceful Sundays. I love to prepare myself physically and mentally for the coming week. This Sunday I spent all by myself, enjoying time alone and being super lazy.

Most of the Sundays I would spend pampering myself, giving few treatments to my whole body and spending loads of time treating my skin, specially face. Few weeks ago I bought this vitamin E face mist by TBS and fallen in love ever since. It's very refreshing. I will write a review about this product soon.

Watching films must to be one of my favorite things to do all day, everyday. I wrapped myself in warm blanket, prepared some snacks and literally drowned myself in pillows with good comedy. I watched The Other Woman for the second time, it's such a great comedy! You can learn few lesson and have a really good laugh at the same time.

If you know me, there will be no surprise if I say how much I love candles. It's very relaxing and romantic, it changes my mood right away. And this time I was enjoying Summer Scoop by Yankee Candle, it smells divine!

I went to get some food shopping done and as always, I could not walk past Boots store. I popped in to have a look around and check on few things, but ended up getting two lippies, which I have fallen in love! I must say, I think I found new favorite! Don't worry, reviews and swatches coming soon, so stay tuned.

I picked up new June Glamour issue. I love reading magazines, it makes me feel so mature! haha You kind of feel like those New York fashionistas carrying a cup of Starbucks coffee and bunch of magazines all the time. You know what I'm saying?
Let me know how you spend your Sunday.
